1:00 pm - Stuffed Pasta: A look into the endless possibilities of texture, taste, technique and colour.
2:30 pm - Gelatos and Ices: Techniques to create wonderful, savoury or sweet pre-dinner or post-dinner frozen offerings.

11 am - 4 am - 'Osso Lunchroom' Meatballs in Pomodoro Sauce: Osso's own three meat blend with fennel and chilis cooked in a sauce made solely of tomatoes.
