"Thank you so much for organizing such a fabulous 'Arts Alive' festival.  It was WONDERFUL and as usual we had sales and sun!  It was great to support the Langley business' for lunch, dinner and snacks as well as local Artisans! :)

It's all just so, so good!

Thanks again"

"I would like to congratulate you on a wonderful event.  I have been coming to Arts Alive since the event started.  The quality of artist was fantastic.  The set up was perfection.  I loved the fact that you intermingled the types of work.  Music was great!  Kudos and definitely include me next year!"

Carol Klassen

"Congratulations on a successful event yesterday!  I was so impressed with the caliber of the Children's Area, and although I didn't have time to see the other areas, based on the attendance I saw, it must have been spectacular, too!  Just wanted to share a couple of photos with you of happy people in the egg decorating area!"

"We cannot thank you enough for getting our group into the Arts Alive Festival.  Our location was perfect, and we considered ourselves very lucky indeed, because it was a last minute sign up. You accommodated us with pleasure, gave very clear instructions, had strategically placed people who helped us park, unload, set up, and everyone made us feel very welcome.

Because it was so well organised, everyone was able to relax and enjoy the experience. Our group, the Brass Band Art Group, had a blast. We met many of the other artists and loved the variety of items on display plus, the demonstrations drew a crowd. It certainly reinforced the idea that art covers a broad scope of endeavours."

Pat Savage, for Brass Band Art Group

"Arts Alive was fantastic this year. I planned to stay for an hour or so and ended up staying for the entire day. Hats off to the organizers."

Anne Marie Rioux, Willoughby

“The Arts Alive Festival is a terrific community event that gives a wide range of artists the opportunity to share their talents with the public in a fun, festive atmosphere on the streets of Langley City. Bard in the Valley especially appreciates the support we’ve received for the past three years for our Shakespearean performances on the Spirit Stage in Douglas Park on the evening of this exciting day. We’re happy to be affiliated with this successful event.”

Diane, Bard in the Valley
