Arts Alive 2026 Vendor Registration Fees

Early Bird (Until May 4): 

$80 for the first space & $70 thereafter

Regular Rate (May 5 – July 30):

$95 for the first space & $85.00 thereafter

Not-For-Profit / Charitable Organization Rate:

(Must provide society or charitable number as proof of not-for-profit status).
$50.00 per space, maximum one space

Vendor registration Deadline is Thursday, July 30, 2026 (or until sold out)

Thank you for your interest in Arts Alive. We are currently at capacity; however, you are welcome to complete your registration to be added to our waitlist, which is managed on a first-come, first-served basis. If a space becomes available, we will notify you right away. If no spaces open up, your registration fee will be refunded within five business days following the event.
